Big lots need big-lot thinking
On a larger lot, small drainage mistakes become big problems — water running a long way across the yard to the foundation, a low corner that turns into a pond every spring, a driveway that washes out at the edges. We read the whole property before we touch it: where water comes from, where it goes, and what the grade should be. Then we rebuild it — regrading, drains, culverts where needed — so the lot sheds water the way it should.
Once the water is handled, the property gets its finish: a rebuilt or widened driveway on a proper base, interlock walkways that tie the house to the yard, and landscaping scaled to the lot — beds and trees placed where they’ll thrive, lawn where you’ll actually use it.
